Driving Directions
From I-495 (Washington Beltway). Take I-270 North to Exit 15A (Germantown Road /MD-Rt 118 N) towards MD-Rt 355.

At the split in the exit ramp, take the left lane. At the Stop sign, take a right onto MD-Rt 118 N. Merge into the left lane and take the second left onto Seneca Meadows Parkway (Seneca Corporate Center).

Take the second LEFT into Avalon's parking lot (approx. 0.1 miles down on the left).
